Connecting java application with Lotus Notes

The building part is done. But how to configure my desired server and workspace from which I need to download the attachment?

And more over how will I get my DEFAULT_HOME_DB, CONFIG_SERVER, LOG_SERVER, SOURCE_SERVER etc.

Please suggest I am a first timer with respect to lotus notes connection and java.
